Puma Investments is delighted to announce the appointment of Andy Burt as Head of Business Development. Leading our ever-expanding business development team, Andy’s strategic approach and customer focus will help build and develop our relationships with advisers and investors across the UK.

Commenting on the appointment, Puma CEO David Kaye said: “The team at Puma Investments is very pleased to welcome Andy, whose expertise within our sector is widely known. In this newly-created role, Andy will broaden the reach of our award-winning investments, partnering strategically with our clients to provide a market-leading service.”

Andy joins us from Octopus Investments, where he spent more than a decade. Starting as a Senior Business Development Manager, he later became Regional Sales Director with responsibility for the company’s business development across London and Southern England, heading up an extensive team of business development managers.

With almost 20 years of financial services experience, Andy began his career at Allianz Global Investors before moving on to work for WestLB Investment Bank. Andy qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Statistical Science from City University Business School and holds the Investment Management Certificate and Investment Administration Qualification.
